How much does it cost?


Fees

Session 1: $625*
Session 2: $675
Session 3: $675

* Families who enroll for session 1 will be charged less because this session is one day shorter due to the July 4th holiday

 

Stay & Play After-Camp Program

$175 for entire session

How to make your payment


Accepted Forms of Payment

BCAP accepts payment by credit card, check, money order or cash. Credit card payment can be made using our online registration system or by filling out your credit card information on our application form. Cash payment must be arranged ahead of time and must be handed in person at our office.

Financial Aid


Financial aid is available to subsidize full tuition or a portion of tuition for those who qualify*

Our financial aid application is now available online! Just click the Register Now button above and select Option B-BCAP Summer CAMP 2013 Application with Financial Aid Request. For more information on applying for financial aid, see our financial aid information page.

* Minimum $50 fee for processing cost is not subsidized by Financial Aid

 

Important Forms

In addition to a completed registration form, BCAP requires the following forms in order to complete enrollment. The forms require signatures to be sent physically, either by mail, fax, or scanned and emailed. Please note that medical forms will require signatures and the appropriate records to be submitted physically as well. Click the links below to download these documents. Deadline for partial refund for camp registration. After May 1st, all fees are non-refundable.
Deadline for submitting scholarship applications.
